An austere yet successful design, with a pleasant color and quaint pierced gallery around the medial shelf.  The condition will please the purist, retaining its original knob and an old mellow finish.  Standing 28 1/2" tall with a top that is 16 3/4" wide and 15 3/4" deep.  Made in New England around 1840, with white pine secondary wood in the dovetailed drawer.
